Furthermore, it enables cyclists not only to maintain their freehub system without special tools, but also to convert to the various standards. The DT Swiss 350 series hub brings legendary reliability, versatility and simplicity to the masses and provides uncompromising performance in a lightweight and sturdy hub.

Built around the DT Swiss Ratchet 36L engagement system, which uses a pair of interlocking saw-tooth ring gears pressed together with a spring, the 350 hub is easily serviced by a home mechanic, whilst providing low freewheeling resistance and fast, direct power transmission. With 36 points of engagement, the Ratchet 36L has a 10° engagement angle.

DT Swiss use precise bearing positioning to ensure the bearings operated at their optimal loading once the wheel axle has been tightened, leading to lower rolling resistance and increased bearing life.

Engagement: Ratchet 36L with 36 points of engagement and 10° engagement angle (DT Swiss recommends the 36T ratchet as the sweet spot for most full suspension MTB's and their testing has shown that a faster engagement can interfere with the free movement of the rear suspension with some frame designs.)

Convertibility: The 350 hub can be converted between HG, Microspline and XD freehubs. Sold Separately
