Standard shipping for bikes usually takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transport before leaving our warehouse.

What is your return policy on cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.

Do the bikes come fully assembled?

Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

How do I determine the right frame size for me?

Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you offer professional maintenance services?
